目的探讨酸性氧化电位水的使用有效频率,监测消化内镜消毒效果,为消毒剂更换的时间提供科学指导。方法监测酸性氧化电位水使用不同次数的pH值、有效氯浓度、氧化还原电位和对消化内镜的消毒效果,共监测20 d;每频数取样20条使用后的消化内镜用酸性氧化电位水浸泡消毒5 min。结果频数8时胃镜取样的合格率为95%。使用频数6以内胃镜取样的合格率为100%。结论酸性氧化电位水使用6次后进行更换,其消毒效果可靠。
Objective To explore the effective frequency of acidic oxidizing potential water and monitor the effect of digestive endoscopy to provide scientific guidance for the time of disinfectant replacement. Methods The pH value, effective chlorine concentration, redox potential and disinfection effect of digestive endoscopy were monitored for acid oxidation potential water for 20 days. Twenty samples of each digestion were used for digestion endoscopy with acidic oxidation potential water Soak disinfection 5 min. Result frequency of 8 gastroscopy sampling rate of 95%. The frequency of use of gastroscope within 6 sampling rate of 100%. Conclusion Acid oxidation potential water after 6 times to replace, the disinfection effect is reliable.
