在PET拉伸吹塑的数值模拟中,采用何种本构方程来反映材料的应力-应变行为对于模拟结果的准确性有着重要的影响。目前所采用的本构方程可分为3类1)将材料的应力-应变行为视为超弹性;2)在数值模拟中采用黏弹性本构方程,这又可分为微分型与积分型两种;3)采用黏塑性本构方程来描述材料的应力-应变行为。
In the numerical simulation of PET stretch blow molding, which constitutive equation is used to reflect the stress-strain behavior of the material has an important influence on the accuracy of the simulation results. The present constitutive equations can be divided into three categories: 1) the stress-strain behavior of the material is considered as hyperelastic; 2) the viscoelastic constitutive equation is used in the numerical simulation, which can be divided into two types: differential type and integral type 3) Adopt viscoplastic constitutive equation to describe the stress-strain behavior of the material.
