在FPSO上部模块的建造中,出于对模块运输费用及项目管理等方面的考虑,越来越多地采用上部模块和船体在同一个建造场地建造的方式,并在船坞内进行总组装,这涉及到使用龙门吊完成上部模块的整体吊装。由于龙门吊吊装能力有限,其吊装方式及钩头形式与浮吊截然不同,这对上部模块的吊装设计提出了新的要求。本文依托HYSY118项目,介绍了船坞龙门吊在上部模块吊装中的应用。
In the construction of the upper module of FPSO, more and more attention has been paid to the module transportation cost and project management. The upper module and the hull are more and more constructed on the same construction site and assembled in the dock generally Involving the use of gantry crane to complete the overall lifting of the upper module. As the gantry crane lifting capacity is limited, the lifting method and the hook head form is quite different from the floating crane, which put forward new requirements for the lifting design of the upper module.
