目的研究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染和fas、fasL、c-myc、VEGF表达与胃癌浸润转移的关系,探讨其可能作用机制。方法采用快速尿素酶试验及病理切片Giemsa染色检测Hp感染,免疫组化检测fas、fasL、c-myc、VEGF表达。结果Hp阳性组中VEGF、c-myc表达均高于Hp阴性组。VEGF表达率越高,分期越晚。结论Hp作为致癌物质,可能通过VEGF、c-myc参与胃癌发生发展,VEGF对胃癌浸润转移具有一定作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and the expression of fas, fasL, c-myc and VEGF and the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods Rapid urease test and pathological section of Giemsa staining were used to detect Hp infection. The expression of fas, fasL, c-myc and VEGF was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of VEGF and c-myc in Hp positive group was higher than that in Hp negative group. The higher the rate of VEGF expression, the later stage. Conclusion Hp as a carcinogen may be involved in the development of gastric cancer through VEGF and c-myc. VEGF may play a role in invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
