为探讨包膜活性炭和HA230树脂血液灌流时血中阿托品的浓度和吸附效率,模拟临床血液灌流装置,对含阿托品的健康绵羊血样进行灌流吸附,用高效液相色谱法测定血中阿托品。结果显示,吸附剂用量为0.5 g、1.0 g、1.5 g,包膜活性炭在灌流2.0 h后阿托品的吸附效率依次为61.9%、84.9%、88.9%,HA230树脂在灌流1.5 h后阿托品的吸附效率即依次高达88.0%、97.2%、98.4%。提示用包膜活性炭或HA230树脂吸附剂进行血液灌流,均能迅速降低血中解毒药阿托品的浓度;HA230树脂吸附效率要优于包膜活性炭。
In order to investigate the concentration and adsorption efficiency of atropine in blood during perfusion of coated activated carbon and HA230 resin, the blood samples of healthy sheep containing atropine were perfusion-adsorbed by simulated blood-flow device and the atropine in blood was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the adsorption efficiency of atropine was 61.9%, 84.9%, 88.9% after 0.5 h of perfusion with activated carbon coated with activated carbon 0.5 g, 1.0 g, 1.5 g respectively. The adsorption efficiency of atropine after HA230 resin was 1.5 h That is up to 88.0%, 97.2%, 98.4%. Prompted with coated activated carbon or HA230 resin adsorbent for hemoperfusion, can rapidly reduce the blood concentration of detoxification atropine; HA230 resin adsorption efficiency is better than coated activated carbon.
