本文采用自然病圃,开展了四川省部分番茄材料的抗病性鉴定筛选评价,为选育抗病品种提供科学依据。结果表明:大多数番茄材料对主要病害均表现出一定的抗病性,部分材料对2~3种主要病害具有兼抗性。供试材料对番茄枯萎病的抗性最好,抗枯萎病材料占73.33%;对灰霉病,番茄材料多表现为耐病,抗灰霉病占40.00%,耐灰霉病的占50.00%;对晚疫病多表现为中抗;对番茄病毒病的抗性略差,抗病毒病的材料仅占13.33%。
In this paper, natural disease nurseries were used to carry out the screening and evaluation of the disease resistance of some tomato materials in Sichuan Province, which provided a scientific basis for the breeding of resistant varieties. The results showed that most tomato materials showed some resistance to major diseases, and some materials were resistant to 2-3 major diseases. The tested materials had the best resistance against Fusarium wilt. The resistance to Fusarium wilt was 73.33%. For Botrytis cinerea, the materials of tomato were mostly resistant to disease, resistant to Botrytis cinerea 40.00% and resistant to Botrytis cinerea 50.00% Resistance to late blight was moderate, resistance to tomato virus was slightly worse, and anti-viral disease accounted for only 13.33%.
