在领导干部身上存在着两种影响力:一种是权力影响力,另一种是非权力影响力。权力影响力是由社会赋予个人的职务、地位、权利等构成的影响力。而非权力影响力是由领导者的品德、才识、情感、作风等非权力性因素所形成的影响力,也就是领导的个人人格魅力、人格影响力。它的核心是“威”。有“权”未必有“威”。非权力影响力能够辅助权力更有效地发挥作用。作为一名领导干部,不断增强自身非权力影响力,对于促进领导工作的开展十分重要。领导 There are two kinds of influence on leading cadres: one is power influence, the other is non-power influence.
