酸性环境中利用合成的新型环金属铱配合物[(dpci)2Ir(pcp)](dpci=3,4-二苯基邻二氮杂萘,pcp=2-(3-吡唑并[4,5]樟脑)基吡啶)-亚硫酸盐-硫酸铈反应建立了一个快速、灵敏的测定亚硫酸盐的新体系。实验结果表明,化学发光强度与亚硫酸盐浓度在3.0×10-7~1.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测限为9.8×10-8 mol/L。9次重复测定1.0×10-5 mol/L亚硫酸盐相对标准偏差为3.7%。该法用于测定白糖中的亚硫酸盐,结果令人满意。
The synthesis of novel ring metal iridium complexes [(dpci) 2Ir (pcp)] (dpci = 3,4-diphenylnaphthyridine, pcp = 2- 5] camphor) -pyridine) -sulfite-cerium sulfate to establish a fast and sensitive new system for the determination of sulfite. The experimental results showed that the chemiluminescence intensity was linear with the concentration of sulfite in the range of 3.0 × 10-7 ~ 1.0 × 10-4 mol / L with the detection limit of 9.8 × 10-8 mol / L. The relative standard deviation of 1.0 × 10-5 mol / L sulfite was 9%. The method was used to determine sulfite in sugar with satisfactory results.
