针对影响工业回转窑生产V2O3的工艺及相关参数进行了研究,控制合适的还原温度、出料量的大小、还原煤气流量、筒体转速等可控制产品中杂质含量,使产品质量得到较大提高。试验表明:煤气流量为140~160 m3/h,出料量为320~350 kg/h,还原温度为860~920℃,筒体转速为37.5 s/r时,得到的V2O3产品能够满足钒铁冶炼和氮化钒生产的要求。
Aiming at the process and related parameters that affect the production of V2O3 in industrial rotary kiln, the control of proper reduction temperature, discharge size, reduction of gas flow, cylinder speed and other controllable impurities in the product can greatly improve the product quality . The results show that V2O3 products can meet the ferrovanadium content of 140 ~ 160 m3 / h, output of 320 ~ 350 kg / h, reduction temperature of 860 ~ 920 ℃ and cylinder rotation speed of 37.5 s / Smelting and vanadium nitride production requirements.
