目的 :观察中西医结合治疗乳腺腺病的疗效。方法 :5 2 6例乳腺腺病随机分为中西医结合组和对照组。中西结合组用三苯氧胺片 ,维生素 E胶囊 ,乳核散结片治疗 ;对照组单纯用乳核散结片治疗。结果 :中西医结合组痊愈显效率 86.2 3 % ,对照组 60 .2 0 %。中西医结合组疗效明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :用三苯氧胺片、维生素 E和乳核散结片联合治疗乳腺腺病临床疗效良好。 Objective: To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on breast adenosis. Methods: 526 cases of breast adenosis were randomly divided into the Integrative Medicine group and the control group. Chinese and Western combination group with tamoxifen tablets, vitamin E capsules, milk nuclear powder Sanjie treatment; control group was treated with single emulsion powder alone. Results: The cure rate of TCM-WM combination group was 86.2%, while that of control group was 60.2%. Integrative medicine group was significantly better than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of tamoxifen tablets, vitamin E and milk powder tablets combined treatment of breast adenosis clinical efficacy.
