为简化生活饮用水源中硝酸根和亚硝酸根的检测。去除水中的CO3 2 及浊度的干扰 ,以“减法技术”求导 ,用导数 比导数波谱法测定环境水样中硝酸根和亚硝酸根含量。结果表明本法很好地消除了导数光谱值较小的物质及仪器噪声带来的干扰。回收率为 96.7%~ 10 2 .5 %。
To simplify the detection of nitrate and nitrite in drinking water. Remove the interference of CO3 2 and turbidity in water and find the derivative by “subtraction technique”. The contents of nitrate and nitrite in environmental water samples were determined by derivative ratio derivative spectroscopy. The results show that this method can well eliminate the interference caused by the material with small derivative spectrum and instrument noise. The recovery rate was 96.7% ~ 102.5%.
