目的通过检测子宫内膜异位症患者整合素ανβ3和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,探讨其在子宫内膜异位症的发病机制。方法采用免疫组化方法检测40例异位内膜、在位内膜中整合素ανβ3和VEGF的表达,并和30例正常子宫内膜作对照。结果异位内膜组整合素ανβ3阳性表达率为80%,在位内膜为62.5%,正常内膜组为16.67%;异位内膜VEGF阳性表达率为82.5%,在位内膜为50%.正常对照组为20%。异位内膜组整合素ανβ3和VEGF高于在位内膜组,在位内膜组二者水平则高于正常内膜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。异位内膜整合素ανβ3与VEGF表达呈正相关。结论整合素ανβ3与VEGF在异位内膜和在位内膜的异常表达,在子宫内膜异位症的发病过程中起着重要作用,二者可能存在协同作用,促进病变的进一步发展。
Objective To detect the expression of integrin ανβ3 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with endometriosis, and to explore its pathogenesis in endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of integrin αvβ3 and VEGF in 40 cases of ectopic endometrium and 30 cases of normal endometrium as control. Results The positive expression rate of integrin αvβ3 in ectopic endometrium group was 80%, 62.5% in eutopic endometrium and 16.67% in normal endometrium group, respectively. The positive expression rate of VEGF in eutopic endometrium was 82.5% and eutopic endometrium was 50 %. The normal control group was 20%. The levels of integrin ανβ3 and VEGF in ectopic endometrium group were higher than those in eutopic endometrium group and eutopic endometrium group, which were significantly higher than those in normal endometrium group (P <0.05). Ectopic endometrial integrin ανβ3 and VEGF expression was positively correlated. Conclusion The abnormal expression of integrin αvβ3 and VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometrium plays an important role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Both of them may have a synergistic effect and promote the further development of the disease.
