根据拉矫辊使用性能要求,设计成分为0Cr13Ni4MoN(414N)的拉矫辊表面堆焊药芯焊丝,并采用明弧焊方法用研制的焊丝进行堆焊试验。利用金相、扫描电镜、拉伸试验机等进行堆焊层组织和力学性能分析,利用差热分析仪进行高温循环氧化试验。试验结果表明,414N堆焊组织成分均匀,具有良好的力学性能,堆焊层抗拉强度超过1280MPa,伸长率达到14%~15%。414N材料具有高的抗高温氧化性,氧化过程在很短时间内就可达到稳定状态。
According to the performance requirements of straightening and stretching rolls, the surfacing flux-cored welding wire with 0Cr13Ni4MoN (414N) straightening roller surface was designed and the surfacing welding test was carried out by using the bright arc welding method. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the overlay were analyzed by metallographic examination, scanning electron microscopy and tensile testing machine. The high temperature cyclic oxidation test was carried out by differential thermal analyzer. The test results show that the composition of 414N surfacing is uniform and has good mechanical properties. The tensile strength of surfacing layer exceeds 1280MPa and the elongation reaches 14% ~ 15%. 414N material with high resistance to high temperature oxidation, the oxidation process in a very short period of time can reach a steady state.
