采用室温轧制、冷轧法对Pb-0.5%Ag合金阳极材料进行细晶处理,通过分析电阻率、极化曲线、槽电压,研究了不同细晶技术对合金阳极材料性能的影响.研究表明冷轧法在液氮中浸泡10 min、压下量20%、退火温度160℃、退火时间20 min制备的阳极材料具有较好的综合性能.在此工艺条件下,与浇铸法、最佳工艺条件下室温轧制得到的铅合金阳极材料相比,导电性能、电化学性能和力学性能得到较大幅度的提升,其中电阻率可降低54.09%,极化电位降低13.52%,槽电压降低4.01%,硬度提升3.49倍.
The effects of different fine-grained techniques on the properties of alloy anode materials were investigated by analyzing the resistivity, polarization curve and cell voltage by using the method of room-temperature rolling and cold-rolling to fine-grain the Pb-0.5% Ag alloy anode material. Cold-rolled method immersed in liquid nitrogen for 10 min, reduction of 20%, annealing temperature of 160 ℃, annealing time of 20 min prepared anode material has better overall performance under this process conditions, and casting method, the best technology Compared with the lead alloy anode material obtained by room temperature rolling, the electrical conductivity, electrochemical performance and mechanical properties of the lead alloy anode material were greatly improved. The resistivity decreased by 54.09%, the polarization potential decreased by 13.52% and the cell voltage decreased by 4.01% , 3.49 times higher hardness.
