为了解糖尿病人胰岛素水平的高低对骨代谢影响的程度 ,检测其馒头餐前后胰岛素和血糖水平 ,及跟骨超声波传导速度 ( SOS)、振幅衰减 ( BUA)和骨硬度指数 ( STI)。结果显示糖尿病各组 SOS、BUA及 STI均低于对照组 ,其中以胰岛素分泌低下组最明显 ,分泌延迟组和分泌过高组比较无显著差异。组间比较 ,胰岛素分泌低下组胰岛素水平最低 ,而相应时限血糖值最高。胰岛素分泌过高组胰岛素水平最高 ,但相应血糖值高于对照组 ,并与分泌延迟组相当。提示胰岛功能低下、胰岛素抵抗及高血糖共同参与骨代谢异常 ,而以胰岛素分泌不足最明显
To understand the level of insulin in diabetic patients on bone metabolism, the level of insulin and blood glucose before and after steamed bread, the ultrasonic wave velocity (SOS), amplitude attenuation (BUA) and bone stiffness index (STI) were measured. The results showed that the SOS, BUA and STI of diabetic group were lower than that of the control group, of which insulin secretion was the most obvious group, delayed secretion group and hypersecretion group had no significant difference. Among the groups, the insulin level was the lowest in the group with low insulin secretion, while the blood glucose level in the corresponding time limit was the highest. The group with high insulin secretion had the highest level of insulin, but the corresponding blood glucose level was higher than that of the control group and was comparable with the group with delayed secretion. Tip islet dysfunction, insulin resistance and hyperglycemia are involved in abnormal bone metabolism, and the most obvious lack of insulin secretion
