目前高职物流管理专业教育还存在诸多实际性问题,影响了学生各种职业能力的培养。文中从物流企业的岗位职业能力需求入手,结合目前物流管理专业课程进行的“过程性考核”的考核方式改革,构建物流管理专业学生应具备的职业能力,希望对高职物流管理专业学生职业能力的提高有所助益,同时为高职物流管理人才培养提供一定的基础。
At present, there are still many practical problems in higher vocational education of logistics management, affecting the cultivation of students’ various occupational skills. This article starts with the need of post occupational ability of logistics enterprises, and combines with the reform of examination method of “process examination” conducted by the current logistics management professional courses to build the professional ability of students majoring in logistics management.
