土木工程是一项涉及材料丰富、施工环节繁琐、施工技术多样、资金投入较大的系统化工程,所以其施工管理中产生的问题较多,需要对此进行细致的研究和分析。本文从土木工程施工管理的概念出发,论述了土木工程管理中存在的问题,并详细的分析了土木工程施工管理的主要对策。 Civil engineering is a systematic project involving abundant materials, tedious construction links, diversified construction techniques and large investment of funds. Therefore, there are many problems in construction management and need to be studied and analyzed in detail. Based on the concept of civil engineering construction management, this paper discusses the existing problems in civil engineering management and analyzes in detail the main measures of civil engineering construction management.
