第34届日本肾脏病学术会议于1991年11月7~9日在日本罔山举行。会上有专题报告49篇,论文920篇。兹将有关重点内容简介如下:一、内皮素研究的进展:内皮素是强力的缩血管多肽,根据遗传学及氨基酸排列的不同分为三种内皮素。目前围绕着内皮素的血管外作用展开了新的研究,尤其是对神经组织、肾、肾上腺、气管等均有这种作用。激活的内皮素能激活磷脂酶C、磷脂酶A(?),使原形质膜钙通道开放,一方面激活钠、质子交换系统,另一方面磷脂酶C的激活可产生肌醇三磷酸盐(IP_3),使贮存在细胞内的钙释放出来,而发生收缩。内皮素还具有扩张血管作用,这与内皮素促使血管内皮释放内皮细胞来源的松驰因子(EDRF)有关。内皮素3通过内
