读者决策采购(PDA)是近几年在美国高校图书馆兴起的新的资源建设模式,因其相对传统采购模式凸显的一系列优势而广受欢迎,并向其他发达国家和地区高校图书馆蔓延。国内学界对它的关注始于2011年。虽然,我国尚未进行PDA的实践,但研究成果已日趋丰富。由于国内已有成果研究范围的局限,文章期待从不同视角将PDA的概况做简要介绍,厘清它在美国高校图书馆的发展理论和意义,重点分析了PDA对大学教育目标和图书馆馆藏建设与服务的影响。
Readers’ decision-making purchasing (PDA) is a new resource construction mode that has emerged in the American university library in recent years. It has been widely used because of its advantages over traditional procurement models and spread to other university libraries in developed countries and regions . The concern of the domestic academic community began in 2011. Although our country has not yet carried out the practice of PDA, but the research results have become increasingly rich.
