研究目标:在偏向性技术进步框架下研究产权结构对中国区域能源效率的影响。研究方法:基于包含能源、资本和劳动的标准化嵌套三要素CES生产函数供给面系统估计中国技术进步要素偏向性,运用面板标准误差修正方法比较产权结构对区域能源效率影响的异质性。研究发现:除山西、新疆和内蒙古外,其他地区技术进步总体上偏向资本,偏向程度自东向西逐渐增大;技术进步偏向性程度越大则区域资本节能效应越小。研究创新:基于区域技术进步偏向性差异比较了产权结构对区域能源效率影响的异质性。研究价值:侧重于从要素替代角度研究技术进步节能效应的成果,有利于改善要素结构、推进能源供给侧结构性改革。
Research Goal: To study the impact of property rights structure on energy efficiency in China in the framework of biased technological progress. Research methods: Based on the standardized nested three-factor CES production function containing energy, capital and labor, the supply-side system estimates the bias of China’s technological progress and compares the heterogeneity of ownership structure’s impact on regional energy efficiency by using panel standard error correction method. The study found that in addition to Shanxi, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia, technological progress in other regions generally biased towards capital, with a gradual increase in bias from east to west. The greater the degree of technological advancement, the smaller the energy-saving effect of regional capital. Research Innovation: The heterogeneity of the impact of property rights structure on regional energy efficiency was compared based on the bias of regional technological progress. Research value: focusing on the research results of energy-saving effect of technological progress from the perspective of factor substitution, which is conducive to improving the structure of factors and promoting the structural reform of energy supply side.
