采用高硬度助磨剂对煤基碳素进行超细粉碎的试验研究

在粉体混合粉碎理论的基础上,采用石英砂、碳化硅以及白刚玉3种高硬度材料作为助磨剂,研究了3种助磨剂在煤基碳素超细粉碎过程中的助磨规律。试验结果表明:在3种助磨剂用量的试验中,石英砂、碳化硅以及白刚玉的适宜用量分别为3.00%、5.02%、4.98%,而3种助磨剂在相同用量时,石英砂助磨效果更好,煤基碳素D_(50)最低达到3.26μm;在助磨剂用量一定的情况下,随着助磨剂莫氏硬度的减小,煤基碳素D_(50)呈现先增大后减小的趋势,而随着助磨剂密度的减小,煤基碳素D_(50)呈逐渐减小的趋势;同样,在助磨剂用量一定的情况下,随着助磨剂莫氏硬度和密度的增大,助磨剂-0.25 mm的含量逐渐增多,助磨剂的磨损量逐渐增加。 Based on the theory of powder mixing and comminution, three kinds of high hardness materials, quartz sand, silicon carbide and white corundum, were used as grinding aids to study the law of grinding aid of three kinds of grinding aids in ultrafine grinding of coal-based carbon .
