目的探讨红细胞磁化技术用于血型检测和不规则抗体筛查的效果及临床意义。方法选取2015年1月-2016年12月绍兴地区93 232份献血者标本,在柯利斯血型仪上用红细胞磁化技术进行ABO、RH(D)血型检测,并对其中的7 038份标本加测不规则抗体,分析评价检测结果。结果 93 232份标本ABO、RH(D)血型检测一次性正确判读率达99.88%;7 038份标本不规则抗体筛选阳性12例(0.17%),其中男性5例,女性7例,不同性别不规则抗体发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于红细胞磁化技术的柯利斯血型仪,在常规血型检测及不规则抗体筛查的应用中,具有操作简便、反应灵敏、结果准确及可追溯等特点。
Objective To investigate the effect and clinical significance of erythrocyte magnetization on blood type detection and irregular antibody screening. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 93 232 blood donors in Shaoxing were selected for ABO and RH (D) blood group detection by using erythrocyte magnetization technique on the Corus blood type instrument, and 7 038 samples Measured irregular antibodies, analysis and evaluation test results. Results One hundred and seventy-two samples (93.88%) were correctly detected by ABO and RH (D) blood samples. The positive rate was 99.88%. There were 7 038 samples (7 cases) with irregular antibody screening (0.17%), including 5 males and 7 females. There was no significant difference in the incidence of regular antibodies (P> 0.05). Conclusion Based on the erythrocyte magnetization technique, the Corus blood type instrument has the advantages of simple operation, sensitive response, accurate results and traceability in routine blood type detection and irregular antibody screening applications.
