概要:本文以大连中远船务投标项目X-DRILL深水钻井船为例,对设计信息输入及跟踪表在海工项目管系详细设计中的应用进行介绍.通过该表统计整理管路系统设计输入信息,记录及总结项目建造过程中的设计修改,实现对海工项目各系统管路详细设计方案的确定、要点的检查、跟踪及质量的控制,以保证设计任务按计划高质量的完成,有利于提高设计管理水平,加快人员队伍培养.
