2002年前后,安徽卫视的七大剧场(男性剧场、青春剧场、女性剧场、卡通剧场、黄金剧场、海外剧场和周末大放送)已经成形,电视剧周播出量已经是全国第一。此时,它通过对自身资源和内外环境的通体把握,明确提出“做中国最好的电视剧大卖场”的战略目标,把电视剧对于安徽卫视的意义提升到了战略的高度。从此,安徽卫视严格按照这个战略目标的要求,在电视剧购买、编排、推广甚至电视剧制作方面,积极创新,营造出以电视剧战略立台的氛围,2006
