将聚L-缬氨酸修饰石墨电极用于苯甲酸甲酸不对称还原,手性产物S(+)-苯羟乙酸的光学收率高达60.1%。本文主要用电化学测量方法,分别研究苯甲酸甲酸在石墨电极和聚L-缬氨酸修饰石墨电极上还原的电极过程及有关的动力学参数,由此提出该不对称还原反应的可能机理,为选择适宜的电解条件,提供了一定的理论依据。
Poly (L-valine) modified graphite electrode was used for the asymmetric reduction of benzoic acid. The optical yield of chiral product S (+) - glyoxylic acid was up to 60.1%. In this paper, we mainly studied the electrode process and related kinetic parameters of benzoic acid for reduction on graphite electrode and poly-L-valine modified graphite electrode by electrochemical measurement method respectively, and proposed the possible mechanism of the asymmetric reduction reaction, In order to select suitable electrolysis conditions, it provides some theoretical basis.
