批量使用过期10月的上海牌X光胶片,经X线照射后,在非指定的显影,定影液中冲洗加工,至水洗完毕,影像质量良好,但在55℃烤片箱中干燥,影像突变,点状、片状黑色密度急剧上升,以日工作量计算,变黑率最高达45.3%,废片率最高达29.5%。这种现象我们以前从未见过,原因在哪里,是过期片本身质量所至?或是显影,定影液质量欠佳?还是胶片与药液不匹配引起?只有经过研究,才能科学地得出结论,才有可能消除高温干燥中变黑的现象。
