对枣树6个品种及同一品种在不同生长阶段应用蛋白质SDS凝胶电泳进行了分类及遗传多样性研究,结果表明:(1)6个枣树品种在蛋白质谱带构成上有特异性,不同品种的枣树蛋白质谱带间有差异性;(2)通过对临泽小枣试管苗、移栽小苗及定植苗的蛋白质谱带比较,证明代射旺盛时期蛋白质谱带多,随着生长的减弱,一些特异蛋白质谱带逐渐消失。(3)通过本文研究,掌握了枣树不同品种间的遗传关系及同一品种在不同生长时期的蛋白质谱带变化趋势,为枣树品种间的亲缘关系划分及枣树鉴别提供了生化依据。
The classification and genetic diversity of 6 jujube cultivars and the same cultivars at different growth stages were studied by SDS-PAGE. The results showed that: (1) The 6 jujube cultivars were specific and distinct in their protein bands (2) By comparing the protein bands of jujube jujube in vitro, transplanted seedlings and colonization seedlings, it is proved that there are many protein bands in the fertilization period, with the growth of Weakened, some specific protein bands gradually disappear. (3) Through the study of this paper, the genetic relationship between different varieties of jujube and the change tendency of the protein bands in the same species at different growth stages were grasped, which provided the biochemical basis for the classification of jujube varieties and the identification of jujube.
