肾内动脉瘤临床上罕见,我科收治1例,经Doppler行选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗,获得满意效果,报告如下。患者,男,38岁。因右侧腰背部酸胀18月而于1990年10月26日入院。1989年当地医院B超检查示“右肾肿块、肾积水”,未作治疗。1990年7月又因腰酸加重,在当地医院行IVP及右侧逆行性肾盂造影,疑为“右输尿管结石”,CT示右肾占位性病变而来我院就诊。体检:BP15/9kPa,一般情况好,心、肺、腹部未见异常。右肾区叩痛。B超见右肾下极内侧6.0cm×6.5cm液性暗区,壁光滑,透声差,无搏动。 Renal aneurysm is clinically rare, 1 was admitted to our department, the Doppler line of selective renal artery embolization, to obtain satisfactory results, the report is as follows.
