采用亲水色谱-静电场四极杆轨道阱质谱检测了饮料和酒类中36种合成色素。样品经调节p H、沉淀蛋白、稀释高速离心后上机。采用乙腈和缓冲盐梯度淋洗,亲水色谱柱分离。用静电场四极杆轨道阱质谱、电喷雾负离子源,选择离子扫描-数据依赖的二级采集模式(Target SIM-dd MS2)检测。36种色素定量限为0.010~0.32 mg/kg。在0.50 mg/kg(n=6)水平添加,添加回收率在83.8%~98.2%之间,RSD为0.62%~9.3%。方法定性质量相对偏差在±5×10~(-6)之内。
Hydrophilic chromatography - electrostatic field quadrupole orbital trapping mass spectrometry was used to detect 36 synthetic pigments in beverages and alcoholic beverages. Samples were conditioned p H, precipitated protein, diluted high speed centrifugation on the machine. Acetonitrile and buffer salt gradient elution, hydrophilic column separation. Electron field quadrupole orbital mass spectrometry, electrospray negative ion source, selective ion scan-data-dependent secondary acquisition mode (Target SIM-dd MS2) were used. The quantitative limit of 36 pigments was 0.010 ~ 0.32 mg / kg. At the level of 0.50 mg / kg (n = 6), the recoveries were between 83.8% and 98.2% with RSDs of 0.62% -9.3%. The qualitative deviation of the method is within ± 5 × 10 ~ (-6).
