可用于白光LED的Ce,Pr:YAG荧光透明陶瓷的制备及研究

采用Ce O2,Al2O3,Y2O3,Pr6O11粉体材料按照(Ce0.001PrxY0.999-x)3Al5O12(x=0.001~0.005)混合均匀并压片成型,经冷等静压后在真空感应炉中烧结约18 h制备出Ce,Pr:YAG荧光透明陶瓷。样品的X射线衍射(XRD)谱表明样品呈现纯YAG相。分别测试不同掺Pr3+原子数分数样品的发射光谱,发现了Pr3+在610 nm处的浅红光发射峰,通过改变Pr3+的掺杂原子数分数可有效调节白光的色温和相关显色指数。实验测试结果表明当Pr3+的原子数分数为0.1%时,Ce,Pr:YAG透明陶瓷的综合参数较好。在注入电流为100 m A的情况下,光效为90 lm/W,色温为4905 K,显色指数为80,色坐标为(0.35,0.41)。此结果在白光的色温、显色指数等性能方面较传统的荧光材料有很大的优势,有望在室内照明领域得到深入的应用。 The CeO2, Al2O3, Y2O3 and Pr6O11 powder materials were uniformly mixed and compacted according to (Ce0.001PrxY0.999-x) 3Al5O12 (x = 0.001-0.005), and then sintered in a vacuum induction furnace after cold isostatic pressing 18 h prepared Ce, Pr: YAG fluorescent transparent ceramic. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) spectrum of the sample indicates that the sample exhibits a pure YAG phase. The emission spectra of Pr3 + doped samples with different atomic numbers were tested. The red emission peak of Pr3 + at 610 nm was observed. The color temperature and relative color rendering index of white light can be effectively adjusted by changing the doping atomic number of Pr3 +. Experimental results show that when Pr3 + atomic fraction of 0.1%, Ce, Pr: YAG transparent ceramic composite parameters are better. With an injection current of 100 mA, the luminous efficiency is 90 lm / W, the color temperature is 4905 K, the color rendering index is 80 and the color coordinate is (0.35, 0.41). The results in the white color temperature, color rendering index and other properties than traditional fluorescent materials have great advantages, is expected to be in-depth field of indoor lighting applications.
