According to the second paragraph of Article 2.0.4 of the “Unified Standard for Quality Assessment of Construction and Installation Engineering” (hereinafter referred to as the unified standard), any new (expanded) residential community shall be composed of an outdoor water supply and drainage, gas, and heat supply. Unit projects; overhead, cable lines, street lamps, etc. constitute a unit project; roads, fences, etc. constitute a unit project. Of course, the delivery of a residential community
