目的建立山东地区正常形成Tweed—Merrifield分析法正常值。方法选择山东地区正常汉族成年人80例，男、女各40例，年龄范围为18—24岁．摄取定位侧位片，应用Tweed—Merrifield分析法进行测量并行统计学处理。结果不仅建立山东地区正常成人Tweed—Merrifield分析法各项指标正常值，并且发现FMA女性明显大于男性，后面高、前面高以及面高指数女性明显小于男性。结论建立的正常值可为山东地区成年正畸患者提供诊断依据，为矫治方案的制订作参考。
Objective To establish a normal Tweed-Merrifield method in Shandong Province. Methods Eighty adults with normal Han nationality in Shandong were selected, 40 males and 40 females, aged 18-24 years old. Ingesting the lateral radiographs was measured by Tweed-Merrifield analysis and statistically processed. The results not only established normal values of Tweed-Merrifield analysis in normal adults in Shandong Province, but also found that FMA women were significantly larger than men, followed by high, high in front and high in face index women were significantly less than men. Conclusion The established normal value can provide the diagnosis basis for adult orthodontic patients in Shandong Province, and make reference for the formulation of the orthodontic treatment plan.
