本文应用真实应力强度因子的方法,推导得派利斯(Paris)公式中疲劳裂纹扩展指数n值与裂纹扩展时所对应的载荷值在循环载荷中的位置之间的关系,从而从物理意义上解释了不同的材料具有不同的n值。本文还应用声发射法进一步研究了这一关系。实验研究表明,理论推导与实验结果相吻合。复型技术曾用来观察一周加载循环中疲劳裂纹扩展的过程。其结果表明,试验中所采用的声发射法对于提供疲劳裂纹扩展的信息是灵敏和精确的。
In this paper, the relationship between the fatigue crack growth exponent n and the corresponding load value in cyclic loading in the Paris formula is deduced by using the method of true stress intensity factor, so that from the physical meaning Explain that different materials have different values of n. In this paper, acoustic emission method is used to further study the relationship. Experimental results show that the theoretical derivation is consistent with the experimental results. Complex technology has been used to observe the fatigue cycle during the loading cycle. The results show that the acoustic emission method used in the experiment is sensitive and accurate for providing information on fatigue crack growth.
