我厂生产 S195柴油机 QT60—2曲轴,采用瞬时孕育工艺。原工艺是在铁水包上支架一个漏斗,浇注时,以粒度为6目的硅铁粉混入铁水进入浇口杯。从曲轴金相组织看,石墨圆整,球径较小,但由于操作麻烦,且硅铁粉加入会产生断流现象,加入量不易稳定。我们在采用过滤网技术基础上,研究了滤网前孕育工艺,获得了理想的孕育效果,在造型、熔炼等工艺不变的条件下,成功地浇注了曲轴,简化了浇注工艺。滤网前孕育工艺简图如下:
I plant production S195 diesel QT60-2 crankshaft, using instant breeding process.
