在流化床包覆炉中,采用化学气相沉积法系统地研究了制备包覆燃料颗粒的工艺参数和性能之间的关系,摸索出了疏松热解碳层(沉积温度1350℃,乙炔气体浓度85%)、致密热解碳层(沉积温度1435℃,丙烯气体浓度25%)和碳化硅层(沉积温度1600℃,甲基三氯硅烷浓度1.80%)的最佳工艺条件,总结出了经验公式,制备出了疏松热解碳层密度为0.99g/cm3、致密热解碳层密度为1.89g/cm3和碳化硅层密度为3.21g/cm3的合格TRISO型包覆燃料颗粒。
In a fluidized bed furnace, the relationship between process parameters and properties of coated fuel pellets was systematically investigated by chemical vapor deposition.
