高温影响棉花蕾铃生长的初步观察

棉花是喜温作物,但温度过高,也会影响棉花的生长发育,尤其在花铃期,使开花结铃与幼铃发育不正常,造成铃轻籽瘪,从而降低产量。为了摸清高温影响蕾铃的程度与时期,我们进行了以下初步观察。材料与方法供试品种为“613”与岱字15。营养钵育苗,栽入盆体内,管理按常规栽培方法。棉株进入开花结铃阶段后,分别记录每朵花的开花日期。当第三、四果枝开花后,将供试植株分二组:第一组于7月26日~7月30日搬入温室内,进行模拟高温处理(简称处理,下同)。使每日13~14时最高室温达35~38℃(不是直射温度),并用喷水方法避免高温引起植株凋萎。第二组为对照,即自然生 Cotton is a thermophilic crop, but the temperature is too high, will also affect the growth and development of cotton, especially in the flowering period, the flowering bell and young bell growth is not normal, resulting in boll seed light deflated, thereby reducing production.
