Drosophila zeste gene enhancer homolog 2 (EZH2) is a candidate cancer gene discovered in recent years, through transcriptional repression, involved in the occurrence and development of tumors. EZH2 is highly expressed in many kinds of tumors including gynecologic tumors, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. It is an important molecular marker and a new molecular target for the treatment of tumors.
