目的调查农村留守儿童看护人的营养KAP(知识、态度、行为)现状,为留守儿童营养干预提供基础研究数据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,抽取南充市的1个乡镇的3所小学,对其五、六年级儿童看护人共727人进行问卷调查。结果留守儿童看护人与非留守儿童看护人的营养知识在粗加工面粉与精加工面粉营养价值是否一样、能否用午餐替代早餐补充营养、植物饮料与牛奶营养价值是否一样、淘米次数对营养价值的影响等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);营养行为在一周为小孩准备多少次早餐方面差异有统计学意义(P=0.01);营养态度方面差异无统计学意义。结论农村儿童看护人营养知识KAP存在不同程度的差异,应加强对儿童看护人的健康宣教,为儿童营造一个健康、积极的生活环境。
Objective To investigate the status quo of nutritional KAP (knowledge, attitude and behavior) among left-behind children in rural areas and provide basic research data for nutritional intervention of left-behind children. Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select 3 primary schools in 1 township of Nanchong City and 727 child caregivers of grade 5 and 6 were investigated by questionnaire. Results Nutritional knowledge of left-behind children’s caregivers and non-left-behind children’s caregivers Whether nutritive value of flour in roughing and finished flour is the same, whether nutritional replacement of breakfast with lunch can be replaced, whether nutritional value of plant beverage is the same as that of milk, (P <0.05). There was significant difference (P = 0.01) in nutritional behavior for how many times breakfast was prepared for children in one week. There was no significant difference in nutritional attitude. Conclusion There are differences in KAP among children caregivers in rural areas. Health education for children’s caregivers should be strengthened so as to create a healthy and positive living environment for children.
