针对自主研制的CL102型凿岩台车展开稳定性研究,提出基于稳定角的凿岩台车稳定性评估方法,根据空间几何理论实现了凿岩台车稳定角解析解的推导,并给出了评估限值。针对CL102型凿岩台车的稳定性分析表明:在行驶状态下,凿岩台车稳定性满足设计要求,考虑驾驶舒适性给出了该型凿石台车的坡道行驶限值和转向规定;根据凿岩台车钻孔作业时的稳定性计算结果得到了钻臂的工作许用角度限值。基于稳定角的稳定性评估方法简明直观,也可以推广应用于其他工程车辆的稳定性分析。
According to the research on the stability of self-developed CL102 rock drill trolley, the stability evaluation method of rock drill rig based on the stability angle is proposed.
