为了研究车载DVD机芯的振动性能并进行优化设计,建立了一个6自由度的车载DVD机芯振动系统模型。从机械系统动力学理论出发,参照振动系统的“质量弹簧阻尼”模型,分析推导了系统动力学平衡方程,得到了质量矩阵、弹性矩阵及阻尼矩阵的具体表达式。利用M ATLAB及其S im u link工具箱,建立了一个多输入多输出动力学系统模型,对多个复杂耦合的参数变量进行了仿真研究。结果表明:稳态低频特性和瞬态特性决定着机芯振动性能,它们与弹性系数和阻尼系数的大小相关;振动转角对机芯边缘振动位移量贡献较大,它与弹簧和阻尼器的分布状态有关。
In order to study the vibration performance of the car DVD movement and optimize the design, a six degree of freedom car DVD movement vibration system model was established. Based on the theory of mechanical system dynamics and referring to the “mass spring damping” model of the vibration system, the system dynamic equilibrium equation is deduced and the concrete expressions of mass matrix, elastic matrix and damping matrix are obtained. A multi-input multi-output dynamic system model was established by M ATLAB and its Slim u link toolbox, and several complex coupled parametric variables were simulated. The results show that steady-state low-frequency and transient characteristics determine the vibration performance of the core, which are related to the elastic coefficient and the damping coefficient.
