小说《林海雪原》中描写的那支英雄小分队剿匪的故事,可谓家喻户晓。当我们在文学作品中领略英雄们驰骋雪原的英姿时,有谁会想到这支部队曾经是八路军的第一支海军部队。而这支海军部队的来历还要从1944年发生在山东威海刘公岛上的一次汪伪海军反正谈起。汪伪海军举义刘公岛位于山东威海东部五公里的海面上,面积不足四平方公里。1940年,汪伪海军部成立的威海要港司令部就设在刘公岛上,司令为海军中将鲍一民。
