本文介绍了为改善现用合金质量研制的含锆低钴瓷封合金,添加元素锆对低钴瓷封合金(或称低钴可伐)性能的影响。研究含锆低钴可伐的形变再结晶特性,再结晶全图,再结晶温度及其变形再结晶织构,最大变形度及合理的工艺参数等。锆可有效地抑制低钴可伐的晶粒长大。使1050℃的晶粒度小于4.5~5级,再结晶温度比4J33提高100~150℃。并分析锆在合金中存在的形式及抑制晶粒长大的原因。制管试验表明,含锆低钴可伐封接性能良好,能保证钎焊焊缝的气密性,含锆低于0.18%的低钴可伐合金氩弧焊可焊性能良好。
In this paper, the effect of adding elemental zirconium on the properties of low-cobalt porcelain sealing alloys (also known as low-cobalt-kerf) is introduced in order to improve the quality of the alloy currently used. In this paper, the deformability recrystallization, recrystallization, recrystallization temperature and deformation recrystallization texture, maximum deformation degree and reasonable process parameters were studied. Zirconium can effectively suppress the grain growth of low-cobalt kerf. The grain size of 1050 ℃ is less than 4.5 ~ 5, and the recrystallization temperature is increased by 100 ~ 150 ℃ than 4J33. The analysis of the existence of zirconium in the alloy and the reason of inhibiting the growth of the grains are also made. Tube tests show that zirconium low cobalt kerf sealing performance is good, to ensure that the braze weld gas tightness, containing less than 0.18% zirconium low cobalt Kovar TIG weldability good.
