目的观察饲喂人参细粉能否对大鼠血清电解质产生影响。方法 240只大鼠按体重随机分为对照组及人参细粉高剂量组(8.0 g/kg)、中剂量组(6.5 g/kg)、低剂量组(5.0 g/kg),每组雌雄各30只。分别于实验第45、90、180天下腔静脉采血,进行血清电解质指标检测。结果与对照组比较,饲喂不同时间人参细粉对大鼠血清电解质Na+、K+、Cl-无显著区别(P>0.05)。随着喂养大鼠人参细粉的时间延长,对照组和高、中、低剂量组的Na+浓度逐渐升高,喂养第45天与第180天的大鼠血清Na+浓度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期食用人参细粉对正常大鼠机体电解质不产生明显影响。可以作为毒理学安全评价的辅助指标之一。
Objective To observe whether feeding ginseng powder can affect serum electrolytes in rats.
