According to the Russian “Companion” magazine, the British Navy is preparing to purchase 25 A-40 jet amphibious submarines from Russia, also known as “albatrosses.” It is the world’s largest aircraft capable of taking off and landing on the surface of the water and began to equip its troops in 1990.
