目的 研究苦葛Puerariapeduncularis (Grah .exBenth .)Benth .根的化学成分。 方法 用各种色谱技术进行分离 ,得到 3个五环三萜化合物 ,用IR ,MS ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR(DEPT) ,HMQC ,HMBC ,NOESY和NOE差谱鉴定化合物。结果 经光谱鉴定化合物 1为 3 O [β D 吡喃葡糖基 (1→ 3) O β D 吡喃葡糖醛酸基 ] 15α 羟基齐墩果 12烯 16 酮 ,化合物 2为 3β,15α 二羟基齐墩果 12烯 16 酮 ,化合物 3为 3β ,16 β 二羟基齐墩果 12烯 15 酮。 结论 1和 3为新化合物 ,1被命名为苦葛皂苷A ,3被命名为苦葛二醇 ,2为首次从苦葛根中分得
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the root of Pueraria peduncularis (Grah.exBenth.) Benth. Methods The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic techniques to obtain three pentacyclic triterpenoids. The compounds were identified by IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR(DEPT), HMQC, HMBC, NOESY and NOE differential spectra. Results Compound 1 was identified as 3 O [β D glucopyranosyl (1 → 3) O β D glucuronyl] 15α hydroxyolean 12 ene 16 ketone, and compound 2 was 3β, 15α II. Hydroxyana12-en16 ketone, compound 3 is 3β, 16βdihydroxy oleo 12 ene 15 ketone. Conclusions 1 and 3 are new compounds, 1 is named Kudzu Saponin A, 3 is named Kudane Glycoside, 2 is the first time to get from Kudzu Root
