导线接续管及耐张线夹采用“塑 B”炸药爆炸压接时,常发现管子压后在表面有一条纵向皱纹。严重时还会有裂纹出现。直接影响导线的压接质量。经观察分析,这些管子表面纵向皱纹是由于做药包时药包的接缝间有缝隙所产生的。当药包的接缝处有1mm 左右的缝隙时,爆压后管子上即会产生一条皱纹。接缝处的间隙越大,压后的皱纹就越严重。但是,在药包制作时由于尺寸的偏差,药包接缝就难以合紧,当采用两片以上的药块合包时,接缝处更不容易合紧。为此,采用橡胶水粘合的方法可有效地消除药包接缝处的缝隙。作法如下。
