本文作者在实验研究的基础上,对热矿筛扭振产生的原因及其危害性进行了分析、计算和阐述。本文指出,当激振力不通过筛体质心时,会使热矿筛在直线振动的同时,伴随有扭振产生;当扭振的固有频率与激振频率相近时,会导致共振现象的发生,这是筛体所以很快损坏的主要原因。因此当设计与使用热矿筛时,不仅要使激振频率值远离直线振动固有频率值,也要使激振频率值远离扭振固有频率值,这一观点值得设计与使用者重视与参考。
Based on the experimental research, the author analyzes, calculates and expounds the causes of the torsional vibration of the hot mineral sieve and its harmfulness. This paper points out that when the exciting force does not pass through the center of mass of the sieve body, it will make the hot ore sieve vibrate in a straight line accompanied by the torsional vibration. When the natural frequency of the torsional vibration is similar to the exciting frequency, resonance phenomenon will occur This is the main reason why the screen body is damaged quickly. Therefore, when designing and using hot mineral sieve, not only should the excitation frequency value be far away from the linear vibration natural frequency value, but also to keep the excitation frequency value away from the torsional vibration natural frequency value, which is worthy of attention and reference by the design and users.
