作者观察了紫星口服液对肺癌患者体内自由基代谢紊乱及与其代谢酶相关的微量元素异常的影响。结果为：肺癌病人全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ）和血清过氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活力降低，血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）水平升高，以及血清锌（ｚｎ）、硒（Ｓｅ）含量降低，铜（Ｃｕ）含量和铜／锌（Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ）比值升高。血清硒含量与全血ＧＳＨ－ｐｘ活力、血清锌含量与血清ＳＯＤ活力均呈明显正相关。而服用紫星口服液具有清除自由基、提高机体抗氧化防御功能的作用。
The authors observed the effects of Zixing oral liquid on the metabolism of free radical metabolism and the abnormality of trace elements associated with its metabolic enzymes in lung cancer patients. The results showed that the activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) and serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreased, the level of serum lipid peroxide (LPO) increased, and the level of serum zinc zn), selenium (Se) content decreased, copper (Cu) content and copper / zinc (Cu / Zn) ratio increased. Serum selenium content and whole blood GSH-px activity, serum zinc content and serum SOD activity were positively correlated. While taking Zixing oral solution with free radicals, improve the body’s antioxidant defense function.
