目的研究不同负荷运动对急性心理应激大鼠外周血T辅助细胞(Th)Th1/Th2平衡的影响(通过IFN-γ/IL-4的比值)。方法 8周龄SD大鼠56只,随机分为7组。进行12周的游泳训练,最后施加一次15min的心理应激,并在心理应激后1h内测定血清Th1型(γ干扰素、IFN-γ)和Th2型(白介素4、IL-4)细胞因子的含量,最后比较IFN-γ/IL-4的比值。结果 (1)与对照组相比,心理应激组大鼠血清IFN-γ/IL-4比值明显升高(P﹤0.05);(2)与心理应激组相比,应激+运动组大鼠血清IFN-γ/IL-4比值都升高,其中应激+60min运动组显著高于应激组(P﹤0.01)。结论急性心理应激显著影响了大鼠的Th1/Th2平衡,使大鼠Th1/Th2细胞功能由Th2向Th1偏移,提高了大鼠的细胞免疫功能;中小负荷运动可以进一步促进这种偏移作用,中等负荷的运动与小负荷的运动相比效果更显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of different exercise load on Th1 / Th2 balance in peripheral blood of rats with acute psychological stress (through IFN-γ / IL-4 ratio). Methods 56 SD rats of 8 weeks old were randomly divided into 7 groups. After 12 weeks of swimming training, the last 15 minutes of psychological stress was applied. Serum levels of Th1 (IFN-γ) and Th2 (IL-4) cytokines The final comparison of IFN-γ / IL-4 ratio. Results (1) Compared with the control group, the serum IFN-γ / IL-4 ratio in the psychological stress group was significantly increased (P <0.05); (2) Compared with the psychological stress group, the stress + exercise group The serum levels of IFN-γ / IL-4 in rats increased, and the exercise group of stress + 60min was significantly higher than that of stress group (P <0.01). Conclusions Acute psychological stress can significantly affect the Th1 / Th2 balance in rats, resulting in a shift of Th1 / Th2 cell function from Th2 to Th1 and increase cellular immune function in rats. Exercise at moderate or moderate load can further promote this shift The effect of moderate-load exercise is more pronounced than that of light-load exercise.
