通过分子设计对聚苯胺导电材料进行了结构改性 ,制备出侧链悬挂酞菁功能基的新型结构聚苯胺。利用元素分析、X射线衍射法、扫描电镜、透射电镜及 X射线光电子能谱等手段对新型结构聚苯胺的微观结构和形态进行了研究。结果表明 ,当聚苯胺侧链悬挂酞菁铜氯磺酸后 ,其分子链排列更加规则 ,取向度明显增大 ,结晶性能大大改善。同时 ,该材料在有机溶剂中的溶解性及在可见光区的吸收性也有一定的提高
The polyaniline conductive material was structurally modified by molecular design to prepare a new type of polyaniline with pendant phthalocyanine functional groups. The microstructures and morphologies of the new polyaniline were studied by means of elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that the polyaniline side chains suspended copper phthalocyanine chlorosulfonic acid, the molecular chain arrangement more regular, significantly increased orientation, crystallization performance greatly improved. At the same time, the solubility of the material in organic solvents and the absorption in the visible region are also somewhat improved
